The selected coating must match the specified corrosion category, resistance to particular environmental factors, the required coating structure and thickness.

During the design process our team consistently collaborates with the client, analyses the task, performs design calculations, provides technical solutions and coordinates assembly drawings prior to initiating any manufacturing work.
OÜ GK CAPITAL uses advanced steel processing technologies in its manufacturing operations. These include microprocessorcontrolled welding systems, CNC cutting, stamping, shearing and bending centres, dedicated equipment for the production of drum bottoms and other components and professional machinery for surface treatment prior to coating application and product marking. All materials and components used in production are sourced exclusively from manufacturers within the EU, ensuring consistent high product quality and reliability. The available production capacity enables OÜ GK CAPITAL to manufacture large volumes of products within short lead times.

The company guarantees the highest quality of its designed and manufactured products and provides warranty coverage. All activities are carried out in accordance with standards approved by the EU and the Republic of Lithuania.
Products (drums) are typically placed and transported on wooden pallets. In such cases, spacers are positioned at the top, bottom, and between the drums to prevent movement. Drums are secured to the pallet using two robust plastic straps, with protective elements placed between the straps and the drums to avoid contact during transport.
The products must be transported by trucks with bodies of appropriate length and height. During transport, the packaging and structural support elements must not be damaged.
Unloading must be performed using a forklift or crane while the products remain in the manufacturer’s packaging. The spacing of the forklift tines must be adjusted to prevent deformation or breakage of the packaging. Manual unloading is permitted only if appropriate safety measures are employed. Protective gloves must be worn during manual handling. Drums must not come into contact with each other.
All products must be stored with closed bungs. Where technological openings exist, they must be sealed with plugs (if the drums are equipped with them). Drums must be closed with a lid fitted with a gasket and secured with a clamping ring.
Drums must be stored in dry covered warehouses, away from humid environments and volatile chemical compounds.
Outdoor storage on solid ground with a slope for water drainage is permitted only with the written consent of the manufacturer. This storage method voids the product’s corrosion warranty.
Conditions for stacking and handling empty and filled products depend on the product type and construction.
Products intended for liquids must be filled through the closure opening in the lid.
Coated metal products may be cleaned of dust and dirt using water and a soft brush or cloth. Abrasive materials and aggressive chemical cleaners must not be used, as they may damage the coating. Minor dents, scratches on stiffening ribs, and isolated bulges up to fist size on the coated surface do not affect the product’s suitability for use.
